Keith Butler As Facilities Director at Severna Park Community Center, Keith brings over two decades of experience in facilities maintenance and leadership. He is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the Center, overseeing maintenance operations, preventive care, and special projects that keep our campus running smoothly.

Keith’s career includes supervising complex facilities and multi-site operations, with expertise in HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing repairs, and team management. His hands-on approach and commitment to problem-solving ensure that SPCC remains a welcoming and well-maintained space for all who visit.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys restoring classic cars- especially his Chevy Nova- and spending time with his family. Keith’s experience and leadership are an integral part of keeping SPCC running at its best.
