Sharon Born, Assistant Manager of Customer Service and Operations

Sharon came to the Severna Park Community Center in 2019 as one of our customer service front desk representatives. She brings with her over 15 years of business experience in the real estate and contract settlements. In early 2020, Sharon was promoted to her current role. Sharon brings 35 years of experience in various aspects in the customer service industry.
Sharon's responsibilities include making appointments and handling issues that might arise at the front desk, along with managing the front desk team.
A favorite part of her position is developing connections with our patrons. Sharon looks forward to the future of watching the center 'gather, play, grow and thrive' in the coming years. Sharon has lived in Severna Park for 25 years with her husband Dave and 11-year-old granddaughter, Nicole. She loves to read books, spend time with family and work in her garden.
