With over 20 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, Roy has helped countless people take control of their health, weight, and fitness levels. " I was lucky enough to be referred to Roy Johnson three months ago. I was looking for a trainer who could help teach and train me to reach some fitness goals and at the same time, help me with a lengthy history of back injuries and pretty significant back pain. After a 30+ year career in law enforcement, my body was beat up and needed help. Even though I worked out throughout my career, I never truly learned how to train properly.
